Overview
Our hosting facility contains a purpose built secure controlled environment with plenty of scope for future upsizing for the reliable hosting of mission critical servers and IT equipment. RocketUK.net products cater for your entire server hosting to be as fully configurable to your companies needs.

Power
As with our whole facility, backup power is provided by APC uninterruptible power supply units supported by an auto start generator to ensure continuous operation of servers and operational equipment. This is all linked into our alert systems meaning we receive immediate notification on the event of power failure giving us the ability to act fast and solve any possible problems.

Security
The facility is protected by multiple physical security barriers with 5 lever locking systems and PIN (Personal Identification Number) code locks to prevent any unauthorised access at all
times. These have been certified to the high standards required by our insurers and to give you peace of mind. Visitation rights are subject to pre-appointments and thorough identity checks. An internal and perimeter alarm systems covers all possible entrance points with door contacts and passive infra red detectors all round.

Air Conditioning
Temperature control is strictly monitored and linked into our alert system to instantly notify us of any anomalies and temperature fluctuations. Our industrial air conditioning units ensure an average machine room temperature of 19°C. Multiple redundant units ensure that if one unit fails, the other takes over automatically.

Fire Detection and Suppression
Our facility is equipped with sensory fire alarm system, with fast gassing methods to prevent minimum equipment and systems damage.
